The ENEOS GLOBE College

Operated under the slogan of “translating individual growth into team growth ,” the ENEOS GLOBE College is a training program for dealers conducted with the aim of consistently supporting the development of the human resources required in the coming era by encouraging the growth of individual employees, thereby enabling the organization and teams to achieve sustainable growth.

Recurrent Training to Adapt to Societal Changes

In order to develop human resources capable of adapting to societal changes—
a key requirement in the future era—we provide recurrent training through the ENEOS GLOBE College, providing employees with ongoing opportunities to learn and grow.
