ISO 14001 Certification
We have acquired ISO 14001 certification, the international standard for environmental management systems, by clearly stating our environmental initiatives and goals as well as our role in the local community. Since obtaining this certification, we have continued striving to improve our operations and quality.
Note: ISO 14001 is an internationally agreed standard that sets out the requirements for an environmental management system. It provides a framework for organizations to protect the environment and respond to changing environmental conditions while maintaining a balance with socioeconomic needs.

ENEOS no Mori
ENEOS Group implements forest stewardship activities at six locations called ENEOS no Mori across Japan (in Miyagi, Kanagawa, Osaka, Okayama, Yamaguchi, and Oita prefectures) in partnership with local governments and the National Land Afforestation Promotion Organization (NLAPO), to support the conservation of unmaintained forests in designated areas.
In ENEOS no Mori forests, ENEOS Group employees and their families plant trees, thin the forest, cut underbrush, and otherwise help preserve the forests, with oversight and instruction by staff from local NPOs and other organizations specializing in forest conservation in each area, while also taking the opportunity to get in touch with nature by observing wildlife, hanging birdhouses, harvesting small samples of nature's bounty, and other activities.
Tokyo Umi-no-Mori Club
We are involved in joint environmental initiatives as a member of the “Umi no Mori Club” operated by Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s Bureau of Port and Harbor.
